 Ju-Jutsu/Ultimate Self-Defense - ages 2 up
MMA - ages 16 and up
Family Karate - ages 6 and up
Kendo/Iaido - ages 10 and up

Kids $99 and Adults $149 for three months of Ju-Jutsu, MMA, Karate or Kendo, not including $40 sign up fee.
New Karate Classes!!
Mike Hixson Sr. 9th Dan and Mike Hixson Jr. 8th Dan, together nearly 100 years of experience in Martial Arts, starts teaching traditional Okinawa Shorin Ryu Karate and traditional weapons
Their classes will be held:
Kids 6-12 years old Mondays 6 - 6:45 p.m.
13 and up 7 - 8 p.m.
